I am an aspiring Journalist who cares about the truth.
Sometimes the truth hurts, but I see truth as something like salt or light.
Salt cleans a wound before it can heal, and healing must come before we can really live.
Light is harsh to our eyes when we are only used to darkness: but how thankful we are for the light once we are able to stop squinting and see the beauty around us.

I will tell you up front that I am what most would call conservative in my views politically, and fundamentalist Christian religiously, but i also will tell you that i think labels can be very constricting, so as you may see in the future from my writing, that i do not always agree with those who share similar beliefs with me in other areas.

I hope my thoughts enlighten and inspire you to search for truth.
